About our school
Discover our purpose, leadership and learning community.
More than a school. A place to learn, grow and belong.
Tiny Tots Educational Academy has been part of the educational community in Sullurpeta for more than four decades. Over the years, generations of students, teachers and families have contributed to the story of the institution and helped shape the school it is today.
While education has changed considerably over the years, our belief remains simple: children learn best when they are encouraged, supported and given the opportunity to discover what they can achieve.
Our Story
Tiny Tots began with a simple commitment to provide children with a strong foundation for their education and personal growth. What has grown over the years is more than the size of the institution. It is a community built around learning, values, discipline and a genuine concern for every child's development.
Today, Tiny Tots continues this journey as a CBSE-affiliated school, serving students from the early years through the senior grades. Our present school community brings together experienced educators, students and families with a shared belief in the importance of meaningful education.
Our journey has taught us that a good school must be willing to evolve. We continue to improve our teaching practices, learning environment and systems while holding on to the values that have guided us for generations.
What We Believe
Education is about more than academic achievement.
We believe that the years a child spends at school should help prepare them not only for examinations, but also for life. Academic knowledge gives children a foundation, while character, confidence, discipline and curiosity help them use that knowledge well.
Every child has different strengths, interests and ways of learning. Our responsibility is to recognise those differences, provide the right guidance and create an environment where students feel confident enough to learn, participate and grow.
A Learner-Centred School
At Tiny Tots, we want students to be active participants in their own learning. We encourage them to ask questions, think independently, work with others and learn from their experiences.
Our approach combines academic learning with opportunities that help children develop creativity, communication, confidence and a sense of responsibility. We believe that meaningful learning happens when students are encouraged to understand, rather than simply remember.
Our Commitment to Excellence
Excellence is not simply about achieving high marks. It is about doing things well, setting high standards and continually looking for ways to improve.
We are committed to maintaining a learning environment where students are encouraged to give their best, teachers are supported in their work and families can have confidence in the education their children receive.
As the needs of children and the world around them continue to change, we remain committed to learning and improving as an institution.
Learning with Values
Knowledge matters. Character matters too.
We want our students to leave school with more than academic qualifications. We want them to be honest, respectful, disciplined, curious and considerate of others.
Through everyday interactions, classroom learning, activities and responsibilities, we encourage students to understand the importance of making good choices and treating others with kindness and respect.
Our Teachers
Every child's journey is shaped by the people who guide them.
Our teachers play an important role in creating the culture of the school. They do more than teach subjects. They encourage students, recognise their strengths, provide guidance when they struggle and help them develop confidence in their abilities.
We believe that a strong relationship between teacher and student creates an environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and trying again.
Our School Community
Education is a shared responsibility.
A child's education becomes stronger when teachers, parents and students work together. We value the trust families place in our school and believe that open communication and mutual respect are essential to building a strong school community.
We want our students to feel that they belong here, our teachers to feel supported and our families to feel connected to the journey of their children.
Looking Ahead
Our experience over the years has taught us that a school can never stop learning. New ideas, technology and changing expectations continue to shape education, and we believe it is important to embrace those changes thoughtfully.
At the same time, some things should never change — the importance of good teaching, strong values, discipline, respect and care for every child.
As Tiny Tots looks to the years ahead, our purpose remains clear: to provide an education that gives children strong foundations, builds their character and prepares them to move forward with confidence.
More Than 40 Years of Learning
A journey built by generations of students, teachers and families.
From our beginnings to the school community we have today, the Tiny Tots journey continues to be shaped by the people who have been part of it. We are proud of our past, focused on the present and committed to building an even stronger future for the children entrusted to us.
